Report on ONE STEP INTO HISTORY (22nd-24th Disember 2010)

Salam Safiyyahan!! We are kindly apologizes to all of you due to the late updates. This entry will be the report on one of the big events in Mahallah Safiyyah last semester (22nd-24th Disember 2010). Enjoy varieties of pictures and actions that we had captured along this event..

Day One: Exhibition; Jumbo Books sales; Map test; Opening ceremony ( Forum on: Does Islamic Civilization Declined- Speaker: Prof. Abdullahil Ahsan [ISTAC], Xifu Naser [Matric IIUM Nilai], Dr.Adi Setia [IIUM Gombak,General Studies], Moderator: Brother Helmi [Department of History & Civilization IIUM].

Day Two: Exhibitions;Trivia quizzes;Map test;Creative postcard competition;Summary competition on Ideologies;Talk on: Historia Magistra Vitae est by Prof Ataullah Bogdan Kopanski [Department of History & Civilization].

Day Three: Exhibition; jumbo Books sales; map test; trivia quizzes; closing ceremony at Mahallah's court.

Mahallah Representative Committees of Safiyyah

MRC Safiyyah consists of 12 members which represent different bureaus;

1) President

2) Vice president

3) Secretary

4) Treasurer

5) Dakwah & Tarbiah

6) Research & Development

7) Publication & ICT

8) Culture & Arts

9) Community Service

10) Residential Affairs

11) Entrepreneurship

12) Sport & Recreation.

They are representatives that represent Mahallah for any meetings regarding to residential welfare to the administration staff and student affairs division. They are the one that will prioritized their time for residents of Mahallah to organized varities of activities to keep the residents feel that their Mahallah is their HOME!

MRC in every Mahallah has been chosen via serious interview by Mahallah management boards and will hold the responsibilities as MRC for 2 semester period.
